Through the use of the Self-Confrontation Method, SCM, coaching leads to a well directed process of change.
And even though SCM forms the basis of each coaching program, coaching is an interactive process and different counseling tools are added depending on your needs. One of those tools is ACT, the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have found especially useful the exercises on commitment and values-based living that ACT provides.
Most often a coaching program can be completed in four to five one-on-one sessions. In all coaching programs trust and confidentiality are key.
